Balatonkarting

Concept rebuild of a karting track's website, balatonkarting.huszak.dev

  • Built as a working proposal, not a commission: online booking with a card-paid deposit, gift cards, lap times read from the track's timing system, in Hungarian and English.
  • A public demo, not the track's production site; payments on the demo are simulated.

Veduta

Walkable 3D property sites for estate agencies and developers

  • A whole agency site with its own admin, one instance per agency on its own domain, in Hungarian, English and German.
  • The floor plan is drawn in the admin and becomes a 3D home a buyer can turn, cut open and (in Pro) walk through: a drawing, not a render, not an AI image.
  • Pro adds an AI assistant for the office and an AI recommender for visitors, both early and able to be wrong.

AI developer tools

agent-system: capacity, rules and handoff for the AI coding agents in daily use

  • One rule set for Claude Code, Codex, Kimi Code, Antigravity and a local GPU agent: what needs a yes before it happens, what never runs unattended, how work is handed from one agent to the next.
  • Capacity read from each agent's own window, so a task is paced and never dies at the limit.
  • Internal tooling, not a product; the AI agents' output counts as a candidate until a person checks it.
