Balatonkarting is a go-kart track in Veszprém. Their site listed a phone number and a price table — every booking went through a person picking up. We rebuilt it around the booking itself.

A conversion-first rebuild for a karting track in Veszprém, built as a working proposal rather than a slide deck. Everything on it runs: the booking grid, the payments, the lap times.

A 30-gram gaming mouse that is shaped to one specific hand: yours. The shop is the product — you pull sliders in the browser, watch the shell change in real time, and order the exact geometry you just made.

The reporting a small maker usually keeps in a spreadsheet that drifts out of date — on Prisma and PostgreSQL

Our own product — first client live

Our own product rather than a client's job: an estate-agency site where every property is also a 3D model, built from its floor plan. The visitor turns the house, takes the walls down to half height and, in Pro, walks through it — on a phone too. It has a live client: Czigle Home sells its Agro Lakópark development on it. The demo is a different matter — an invented agency with invented listings, though the site and the 3D in it are the real thing.

Nothing in it is a rendering — it runs in the browser, on the engine the client's own site runs on.

→The model is built from the floor plan — the permit drawing, or a clear phone photo of one. No visit, no camera, and a flat that so far exists only on paper can be shown. In Pro, a development gets the same a level up: the site plan in 3D, from the plot down into a single home
→One instance per client on their own domain, in three languages — English, Hungarian and German — and the admin follows the colleague using it rather than the site
→No database and no embedded map: the whole tenancy is one folder of ordinary files, and the offer map is drawn on our own server from OpenStreetMap data — so by default there is no cookie banner, and the content downloads with one button
→Sold as a service, not as a project: a monthly fee, either after a one-off setup fee or with no setup fee on a 24-month term — and no fee per 3D model, however many are drawn. The whole offer, with the numbers, is on its own page

What we build

A shopfront shows. A system works.

Most websites are a well-dressed shopfront: they say what you do, and stop there. What we build also takes the booking, collects the deposit, issues the invoice and writes it into your calendar. You are not buying a nicer version of the same thing — which is why it costs more, and why it earns the difference back.

Balatonkarting got a garage door that rolls up when the page loads, and two karts that race down the margin and then roll onto the drawing of the real track. Nobody asked for either. They are why people remember the site — and why they show it to someone else.

The one-off build price assumes one of these. The care plan runs for at least 6 months from launch; after that, cancel it any time — hosting, updates and backups then become yours to run. What happens next

One booking. Four things happen. None of them by you.

This is the part a template site cannot do. A guest books, and the rest of it runs on its own — while you are on the track, in the kitchen, or asleep.

Once the payment clears, Számlázz.hu issues and sends the invoice, and files it with NAV. You never open a spreadsheet.

The guest gets an email with the details and a link to put it in their own calendar. You get a note. Neither of you had to chase the other.

Count the calls you did not have to take this week. Multiply by five minutes. That is the number the monthly plan buys back. Next week it buys the same again.

Ownership

Nothing here is held hostage.

The most common horror story in this trade is an owner who cannot touch their own site because the domain was registered in the developer's name. That cannot happen here. Exactly what belongs to whom depends on which way you buy — and it is written in the contract, not promised on a web page.

✓The domain and the hosting are in your name from day one, never ours. This holds on every package.
✓On a purchased site, every access, password and the code itself is handed over. On a rental, your domain, accounts and content stay in your hands; the software stays ours.
✓The copyright stays with us, and we reuse our own components on other projects. That is not fine print — it is exactly why this costs what it costs instead of three times as much.
✓Your content is yours: text, photos, prices, and your customers' data. Ask for an export whenever you like.
✓Buy the build and you get an unrestricted licence to run it for as long as you like. A full transfer of the copyright is possible, as a separate and priced item.
✓Rent it instead on the 24-month plan above and there is no setup fee. Once the fixed term ends, it continues with 30 days’ notice; the software stays ours while you use it, and updates and hosting stay our problem.

You get a written scope and a fixed price. No hourly billing, no surprises at the end. If you buy, half is due up front and half on launch; on the 24-month rental, only the first monthly fee is due when work starts.

We put it live, connect the domain and email, and show you how to change what you will want to change. Your domain and accounts are in your name; on a purchased site the code is handed over too, while a rental keeps the software with us.

Straight answers

The things people actually ask.

What if I don't like it?: Then you have lost nothing. The mockup is free and there is no obligation attached to it. We would rather find out at that point than three weeks in.
Will I be able to change anything myself?: The everyday things — prices, photos, opening hours, text — yes, and we give you an admin screen for them where it makes sense. On the Supported care level the small edits are already covered: you send a message, we do it. You never need to go near the code, and we would rather you didn't — one stray character there can take the whole site down, and carrying that is our job, not yours.
What happens if you disappear?: The domain, the hosting and the accounts are in your name, not ours, so nobody can lock you out. On a bought build the source comes to you under the contract; on a rented one we hold your build in escrow and it is released if we stop trading. Either way another developer can pick it up. That is not true of every provider.
Is the monthly fee compulsory?: When you buy the site, only for the first 6 months after launch. After that its care plan can be cancelled any time; hosting, the domain, SSL, updates and backups then become yours to run. The zero-setup option is different: it is a fixed 24-month rental because the monthly fee finances the build, and after month 24 it continues with 30 days’ notice. On a purchased site you can move to your own hosting with the code and every access; our exportable build, deployment notes and setup call cost a one-off 90,000 Ft. After that you owe us nothing.
How long does it really take?: Two weeks for Presence, three to four for Bookings, counted from when we have your photos and texts. That last part is usually what decides it — we will chase you for it.
Why is this more expensive than a template site?: Because a template can show your prices but it cannot take a booking, hold a deposit, or talk to the software you already run. If you only need a brochure, buy the template — we will say so.

Nine years of production software: engineering IT at BOSCH, then seven years of Ruby on Rails — leading a small team in Budapest, senior roles in Vienna and Granada, and today high-load microservices for Distribusion in Berlin, remotely. That is the experience the web work gets built on.

Nissh is ours end to end — a 30-gram gaming mouse designed, prototyped and sold through a store with a CAD configurator that runs in the browser. It is the clearest evidence we have of what gets built when there is no template to reach for.
